Registration?

On this site you will get all the information you need for a registration. Using a lot of screenshots and graphics you will be led through the process step by step. If there are still unanswered questions afterwards do not hesitate to contact us.

Requirements
You have installed a trial version of one of our software products for Windows CE.

Product registration
Exit all running programs, including the KSE product you want to register, on your device.

Start the program you want to register <Step 1> Trial version dialog After starting the application the trial version dialog appears. <Register now> -Click at the "Register now" button to open the registration dialog <More testing> - If the version isn't expired yet the button with the label "More testing" will become visible after 15 seconds. Click at this button to test our product. <Cancel> - Click at the "Cancel" button to exit the application without registration.	+ / -

<Step 2> Registration dialog User Name - Please enter your name or the name of your company in this entry field It should have at least 5 characters. Please make sure that there is no space behind the last character (which would be the "s" in our example name "Mike Meyers"). Otherwise a different User-ID will be generated. <Register> - Click at the "Register…" button or at the "OK" button at the upper right corner. User Pin available - If you already own a User-Pin (only available from KSE Software) enter it in the three entry fields in the lower part of the dialog. Notice that always 5 digits are needed in one entry field. <Cancel> - Click at the "Cancel" button to close the dialog and return to the previous dialog	+ / -

<Step 3 > Registration data dialog Registration Data - Here you will find the User-Name and the generated User-ID both in bold writing. Order Form - On your desktop you will find an order form (HTML-file). Print it out and enter the registration data. Send the form to us by mail, fax or email. User Pin - After we have checked your order you will get from us a confirmation by email which concludes the User-Pin. Use this User Pin to register the software as described in Step 2. Registration completed - After you have carried out all steps correct the following message will appear: The registration of the program was successful! Now the product is registered and can be used without reduction. Exit the application, by using the "Exit" menu point and it once again to check if the registration was carried out correctly.	+ / -

<Step 4 > Order form with registration data Fill out the order form of the product completely and send it to KSE Software. Quick Reply - If you send us an order with your credit card number you will get an email with your User-Pin in the next two or three working days (often sooner). Still questions? Troubleshooting

The entered name is too short
Problem: The length of the User-Name has to be at least 5 characters. Solution: Make your name longer for example by adding your given name to it.
The reg.-no. does not fit with the user-name
Problem: A typing error occurred while you entered your User-Name or your User-Pin. Solution: Check if you have entered the User-Name and User-Pin in the same way how it is written in the email you got from us (case sensitive). Also check for unnecessary spaces at the end of the name.
